Vodafone - Praise!!!!

Have recently taken out 3rd contract (via Phones4U) with Vodafone.
This phone was for my DS, and we walked out of the shop very happy with our purchase, price etc.
When I then received the first (pro rata) bill for all 3 contracts, was absolutely gobsmacked to see an additional £50 has been added for calls made on DS new phone.
His inclusive mins are 300, and the amount of calls made did NOT exceed this.
I spent a rather frustrating 2 hours trying to get through to Vodafone, eventually getting through to someone who basically said that Phone4U should have informed me that until my 'rollover' date, that the inclusive minutes would not be available in full???
I guess I should have realised that at the time, but, how the salesman is supposed to know what my usual 'rollover' date is, I just don't know.
Anyway, I found this e-mail address for complaints:
http://campaigns.vodafone.co.uk/complaints/?WT.srch=1&cid=ppc-goo-cbu-c21-2589-ex
2 days later, I received a call from a UK respresentative. She was very apologetic, and adding that as a gesture of goodwill, the £50 would be refunded, which it has.
I guess I was at fault, but at least Vodafone eventually sorted out the issue & refunded regardless.
My faith has been restored in Vodafone!

I've just switched to vodafone, did the deal in a vodafone shop and they did tell me about this very clearly and have been very completent thus far. By contrast the Phones 4U shop employed a 12 year old who had 2 skills
a. not knowing any answers and
b. lying to cover that up
I made my excuses and left!0
