emailed them 3 times via their online web form since 11th November about non-delivery of an item I ordered which they show as delivered, yet I'm unable to track it. It was for an item costing £189. Now at 2.00am on the 15th I get this automated reply
"Thank you for contacting us. Your email is very important to us and has arrived safely. If you need to contact us again, please quote your personal customer reference number 3*****0
We aim to reply to all emails as quickly as we can and usually within two working days. "
I would think a customer querying the non arrival of a valuable item (and a Christmas present to boot!...no pun intended) would have got more of a response....especially at the speed Boots are running out of these items....Oh yes....and to cap it all, my transaction didn't track through Quidco.
Anyone else having diffs with boots.....and don't say your laces are too tight....
see....I can still laugh at the moment....
