That is because the username was copied/pasted from the forum index page.
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/index.php
If you look at usernames there, then you can see that the links actually just point to something like
[noparse]http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/member.php?find=lastposter&f=11[/noparse]
