After tinkering with the entry fields I got mine successfully submitted when I entered my date of birth in the US format ie mm/dd/yyyy and not the way they ask for it. I used ff.

That's why I put a dob with date & month the same number. Obviously don't use correct dob - I'm like the Queen I am - have 2 x dob - Almost forgotten my real one now!!!

Tried the DOB thing, tried taking the space out of my postcode and neither worked.

However unticked the title box and it worked!

My guess is, just fiddle with it until it goes through!
    2009 Wins = £833
    2010 Wins = £6,597
    2011 Wins = £7,083

    £2,012 in 2012 = £450/£2,012

Tried everything and wouldn't work, until I read this and didn't tick a title box and it went straight through!!

    Thank you GeorgeBee:T
