Hi guys,
need some advice, called up MBNA today to ask a few questions about my account one of them was about some transaction the other was, what was this payment protection plan for on my account, they said it was if my card was stolen, or transactions that was not made by me... then she paused and then said sorry let me check, then said sorry its for if you lose your job.
Ah! well if that is the case i lost my job in 2008, so what does that mean?
any experts out there that can help?

Hi there
So I take if because you did not know about the ppi and only just found out about this you could make a reclaim on this.
Obviously if you were aware about this earlier, then you would have made a claim due to unemployment.
When you make a reclaim, make them aware of this.
All you do is complete the reclaiming questionnaire, stage one here.

Send to the head office or complaints dept if they have one - of whom sold you the policy from the start, remember to keep copies of all you send and receive in case you need to refer to this again at some point.
They have 8 weeks to give a decision, may ask for more time in writing but should keep you informed, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
