    Just a quick update to say I wrote to the board of Directors and the Head of Customer Services says he will be my advocate in the new year and try and sort out a long term solution. Wish I'd written to him first when all this kicked off over 18 months ago!!

    2007 Update
    For anyone with problems on a Bank of Scotland Credit Card...after two years of asking whether they have a specific department to help people like me and being told no... discovered recently there IS a dedicated department:
    The Financial Hardships Team deal with people having severe payment difficulties.
    The big question is of course how many times and how much effort is needed to find that out!

    Good luck to anyone with probs at BOS, try for this department if getting same run around I had!
