I'm sure this has been answered before but I can't find it. I'm trying to claim back 78 pounds (two returned cheques!) which is nothing compared to some but would allow to buy some christmas presents this year. Do I send my letter to my local branch or the Head Office?
I'm claiming back from the royal bank of scotland
thanks for your help

For all your letters up to the court stage. Send them to your local branch (recorded/registered delivery is best).
When you issue a court claim. You issue it to the registered office of your bank.
Look at this thread for the regitered office address.
