I've got another 3 1/2 years to run on mine, so saving up and paying the thing off is on the agenda, but so many other things popping up as well, though can't wait to be completely debt free and starting to spend the money I earn on me again! I'll see you on the beach in a few years!

I took out one of these loans and my last repayment date is in 2 days time - can't wait. spoke to hsbc advisor, said it will be paid usually in 7-14days... I'll let you know how I get on.

update: repayment reward paid into account 4days after end of loan

Thanks cerbera for the info. I've just completed my last payment on a 60 month loan and checked my balance today. I was kind of hoping the repayment would already be there. I'll let you know how I get on - will wait a week before calling.

T&Cs are within 28 days but it automatic and normally within a week.

My partner finished paying her loan on Monday 1.8.2011.

She has received today £690 back into her bank!

Ring them if you want to speed it up as they did it there & then.

i have just logged into my account and it says i have 750 reward cant wait it lloks like hsbc has done a good job to say thankyou hoping to get it january

i applied for my ppi refund last year october up to now iam being told there is a wailting list has anyone got their ppi refunds from hsbc,is it possible to contact bank directly even if i used a claim company

Is it a case of all HSBC personal loans issued over the last couple of years have this repayment award??

I have had a 4 year loan automatically taken via DD so should be receiving the reward but tried applying for a new loan to see the amount to be received and there was nothing

Would the telephone banking be able to confirm if i would receive this or not?
