SP. Can I get a copy of final bill? Bill not arrived & can't get it online

We have had a refund cheque but no final gas bill from SP so I cannot give the reading to EDF.
I've tried logging into the old account but it will not let me as it says I am no longer a customer. The account closed on 10th January, so not long ago.
Can I ask them for a copy of the final gas bill and how do I do this - it is in his name, not mine, can he call and ask them for a copy and/or the reading. Thanks.
