food wise yes i am good and eating now i got a £300 for days worked from my old job so that was a little bonus for me i have changed over my band so lloyds is now a standing account with just the debt on it although charges are still being made to the account by loyyds thats why im working so fast the longer i leave it the more they will rack it up

as far as the CV thing goes unfortunatly under the data protection act i am not entitled to what is said about me by any employer or potential employer but to my advantage the woman i emailed did not know this

so my understanding of it all is that...she did not check my refrances she was going to the former employer in person as a freind not on her companies behalf and it was then they disscussed this so i would have him on defimation of character the only problem is i need hard evidence...on the phone hes all nice but within my city he is well conected and thats what makes it hard..but im still looking into it...theres always a paper trail

PPI forms and the forms to the aumbersman get sent tommorow and i have a follow up meeting with CCCS on tuesday

and i also bought a printer HP from sainsburys for £20 this will save me on travel costs to and forth into town to print things (but bloody hell stamps are expensive!!)

and thats me so far

as far as my project into the food forum type thing that is getting there but very slowly my idea has now grown to the idea of useing youtube to host vids of how to make and what to use to get the best out of what you buy type thing..problem...broken camera so it could be some time before i get that off the ground but ill get it there

hey guys just a quick update today with some questions

had another CCCS phone call this morning (8.15) lol basicly she said theres no reason why i cant file for banckrupcy

the problem with this is i have the forms...but i dont want to screw it up and lose £100 and i know NOTHING about these forms alot of it is basic info but alot of it is jargen and tech talk and this is all jibberish to me and im afraid i might tick the wrong box or something because i cant understand the talk in the forms

is there someone or a site that can help me out (apart from CAB)

aside from that the PPI forms are on there way and also the forms to the aubersman about 02 with all the evidence included

right now im just tryingto find something to do with my life i want to change my job as being blackballed in my city is proving hard to get a job and to be honest i have been thinking about this for a long time its just getting into the learning area of things i would like to get into an area that can involve my art that would be nice..but its not a perfect world :P

so thats my update so far

Have you looked on the bankruptcy forum or asked there, just a little below this forum.

I don't know enough to help. I did look into it for myself, but decided against it in the end.

Are you thinking of teaching art? Or going back to college/uni?

i would have to go back to uni and relearn i want to learn sculpting and move forward from there its such a hard place to be stuck right now so so frustrateing and depressing

Hi - the people on the bankruptcy board will help you out - lots of people have filled out the forms and got help filling out the forms. Have you thought about a DRO (debt reduction order) or do you not qualify for that? A dro is a mini bankruptcy.
Anyway I'll be back in a mo. and post the bankruptcy board link.

fair enough - you must be in Scotland then? There are a few posters on the bankruptcy board who may be able to help with that but most people have experience of the English system. Perhaps CCCS can direct you to someone who can help?

hey guys just an update as its been a while

igotmy replys from the aubersman dealing with 02 all i can do there is wait for there reply...i have never heard back from 02 since i turned down there offer so i dont know wht they have stopped comms *note* they stopped BEFORE i sent off my complaint

i got a reply from lloyds about my PPI saying there looking into it ect..so who knows how long thats going to take

on the BR im haveing trouble still with the forms i am phoning AIB today to try and get some questions answerd the main one is not having the original forms from credits ect..can i email the supply and ask for a copy will AIB accept copies ect S:

apart from that the job front is still a no go its getting tough as i am still being blackballed i have made the choice to leave the trade i have been in for 13 years now as i must look else where for a job...there may be an offer in the near future but i will be starting a study for a new area of work during this job if i get it

on my plans for the you tube food/money saving thing..its still something i really want to do and its still a plan i will continue to persue to help others that were or are in my place
