hey guys just off the phone to CCCS appointment

it was a little dissapointing the woman was very helpfull but there is only so much she can do because

my JSA has not come through yet.

still waiting on my new banck account to come through

also my CT and rent paynet has not cleared

so currently i have nothing coming in and nothing going out very tough week mentaly

but like i said not much she can do at this point have to wait till next week..but she was very reasureing and that helped alot

she did mention to sent the reclaim letter to loyyds for my PPI because i have phoned them to explain the situation and they refused any help and also said that they are refuseing to use the PPI i have been paying for and will continue to charge me the loan at the full ammount ect

so if im paying for it and there not useing it..ill have a refund please

im currently having the same problem with o2 thye have been charging me for the past 3 years phone insurance that i did not need want or ask for i have (or had ) a seperate facility for that

so i have sent them emails and all they keep sending me back is...if you call us we will sort it out...and i have stuck to my guns and i am refuseing to call them and sticking to dealing with them through email

she said that was a good thing to do

so i guess in the mean time all i can do is sit and wait and start my process of reclaiming my PPI..oh and try and find some food lol

cant wait to get it all sorted...even getting it started would be a bonus an if JSA didnt take so long i would be able to get some food and regain my sanity in some sense lol

could family feed you? food parcel from charity/church? crisis loan?

hey guys here is a little update of me

things have picked up on the food front i managed to have my first full meal on saturday...it was something else ill tell ya i dont wish this on anyone

on the other hand i have had my second appointment with CCCS and they have helped me forward with knowing what to do and how to deal with things a little better so watch out for an update on this front

on the down side

i still cant get a job and i have recently found out (today) that one of my refrences have been screwing me over and giving bad information to potential employers but the problem is that i dont know what one it is...does anyone know what i can do about this?

That's terrrible news. Sorry I don't know what to advise, but perhapse more info on the emplyment and jobs threads? May be worth posting there too

well i have a couple and i am looking to make the switch

but in the mean time i am going to ask under the data protection act that i get a copy of the referance and find out who it was

another update from me

02 have finaly been in touch and have offerd a refund of £120 for the bolt ons but only £90 for the insurance that i was being charged for...have the the original paperwork that shows and states i opted out of the insurance and in no did i want it...so i have rejected there offer of £90 and am sticking to my guns of a FULL refund now awating a reply

CCCS have sent through my paperwork so i have my balance all set out infront of me basicly my incomings are £282 and my outgoings are £669 so as you can see i am in trouble but i am positive about everything

i have a meeting today to sort out my council tax ect so i will be paying only £5 per month till i get back on my feet

i have moved my bank account and it is now operational

i have filled in PPI forms (but im not sure who is send them too)

and now i just need to look at taking my next step

You have done so well!! :TYes, stick to your guns about the insurance! I know it's tough especially when your outgoings are more than your incomings but you are so proactive and that is excellent. Have you found out where to send the PPI forms? Did you sort out the references?

How is the food; are you eating?? (PM me anytime if you need anything OK?)
