Have to have a rant as have been dealing unsuccessfully with carphone warehouse since May and wondered if anyone else had problems. Basically bought my son mobile for b'day in march, screen froze after 3 wks took back only offered repair, repaired, screen froze again, repaired again, screen froze, took back for repair and demanded new one, assistant said dont worry probably unfixable. Today returned for phone and its..............unfixable! no refund, no repair WHAT DO I dO NOW??????????? Staff at Aintree branch unhelpful and custmer care keeps going dead! Similar problem with daughters phone bought from Tesco and they replaced it after 11 months with no questions asked!:mad:

    If the phone was faulty within 28 days they should have exchanged it first of all.

    Can I ask is it a siemens phone? If so they have went under ...

    Contact cattera@cpwplc.com explain whats happened see if Anthony can do anything.
