Hoxton Hotel £1 Night

  • It's annoying really. It would be nice if instead of relying on your computer to work to get you a £1 room, you could email the company to request a £1 room and then the people would 'win' a room, but obviously pay the £1 still. I still think they would sell out and people wouldn't have to mess up their system trying to get them! Maybe I should suggest this to them!

The general manager has responded on the website regarding the problems with the booking system at the time of the offer

I wonder if anyone had success with this today. I certainly didn't. I think it's probably only the very experienced that manage this. I just got locked out at every stage and had to keep going back re-entering details by which time there were no rooms showing.

As the previous poster said perhaps they could make it an easier system such as a free draw or email request system as it's probably the same people getting the rooms each time.

I probably should have researched it better beforehand. Maybe I should have registered my credit card/used form fill etc. There's no "back button" so had to keep resubmitting the information.
