I'm sure this is what happened to most of us- that form was so frustrating- it took me 4 tries to get it right to the bit where you had to put in your card and then by the time I'd done that the room was gone. No wonder as putting in the details took ages and I'm sure an existing customer just putting in their email and 4 numbers would have beaten me to it by then.

Well that whole experience has ut me off this place. My dates are now up to £79...can get stuffed for that price. I'll go more central. Thanks for nothing!

It certainly wasn't a con...more of a 'shambles' really...but I managed to get a room in February for a quid! :T

ridiculous. I have emailed them teling them what a shambles this is. All I wanted was to book a room for my grandma to coe and visit me whilst I'm at university. Was that really too much to ask?
