why is everyone that never got a room saying the site is crap etc. This thread alone has had over 6500 views so dont you think their system was a bit overstretched?

god that is confusing, they wanna make it a bit clearer next time, who knew you had to click on the pound rooms, and then click on your departure date as well, messed it right so ended up with a £29 room dont even know when...

I have just found there are £1 rooms on the night I want but I have paid £29 already,, bit miffed so I'm emailing them.
