wow, so its not just me,hey it has to be added, i have recieved loads of item for barely anything lol, there codes are brill, but sadly the delivery is absolutely rubbish !!
to stress that again-rubbish, items i forget about turn up 3 months on lol :rotfl:
and even then it'll be all around my street, people i dont even comunicate with will have my deliveries, its so embarrasing going knocking on everyones doors for my orders.
if there is something in particular you need quickly then these are not the guys to order from, but if you can hold on a few months then they are worth it!!0 -
is anyone willing to do an order for me, 1 item only, it goes with a part of the set i brought for my sister inlaw- top, now i need the remaing skirt but the problem i have is, the 10 times ive ordered this skirt, there is no sign of my order?
you can sell the skirt on ebay to me if it serves some security?
i'll give you an order code to use, for a discount but i'll pay the selling price, that way you can make a few pounds profit for the inconvenience !!

Arghh! I'm getting sooo annoyed at these people. A friend used a code that allowed her to get anything from the site that was under £10, free. I tried it, wasn't a great range left at this point but I chose some PJs for £7.80 and ordered them. The final payment page, after entering the code told me it came to £0.00. Great!
I got the confirmation email saying my order came to £7.80, it mentioned the code but nothing about it being £0.00
I emailed them and have been over a week asking for confirmation that I won't be charged, and if so, to just cancel the order.
The replies I'm getting are useless. I got asked for my customer number or address. Although it was already in the email being forwarded with it I told her again. I heard nothing, I email again, I then get an email informing my order has been placed and I should wait upto 10 days for delivery. I didn't ask about delivery. I'm getting rather annoyed at waiting 2 days for a reply that isn't relevant to what I'm asking.
Also, where is the customer number? I've looked on all the emails and can't see one, so I can't even log in to my account.:mad:

They seemed to have got their act together now at La redoute. Last two orders were delivered promptly..& guess what..all free lol0

My PJs arrived today, quite nice too.
And the statement says £0.00, so I'm lots more happier now, lol.
