Thanks for that, but I have to come back to the store saying, "the only vouchers redeemable are those that are purchased in JJB stores."

Added to that, neither of the companies concerned have confirmed that their vouchers can be used. Ignoring emails does not make for good customer relations in my book!

I do know that there has been some tightening up by some outlets who have been stung by forged vouchers. Maybe JJB have decided to only accept their own because of this...

There are a number of places that do gift card/vouchers that can be used in multiple shops (love2shop, sayshopping, One4all) and these are more like pre-paid debit cards rather than actual shop vouchers. Most can be used in 1,000's of different shops in the UK all with the same voucher/card. I would not worry if this is the case. However, what i think that JJB are refering to, as mentioned a couple of times above, is that they are the only company that sell 'JJB Vouchers', which can only be used in JJB. This is a common issue and the retailers do this to stop fraud on the vouchers.

So if you are buying a sayshopping voucher (which looks like it can be used in JJB amoung other places) you and your family will be fine.
