I have recently obtained a copy of my executed agreement from 1999 from MBNA. This appears not to have been dated by me (highely unlikely I wouldn't have dated it), the signature is my recent signature and not how I used to sign letters/cards ( I had sent letters to them with my new signature)
I wish to dispute the PPI as I feel this was missold (I already have questionannaires in for Natwest Loan and previous MBNA Loans)
My question is....Is this enforceable withy no date

The rest of your post is what I would describe as 'noise' and deviates from the main issue you appear to have.
I would suggest, if you believe you were mis-sold the PPI to read the MSE guide and follow the advice given,
