Ebay Postage Problem

Is anyone else having a problem with ebay postage?
I have 3 methods of posting for most of my items and 1st one is free second class. This is how I list so the the free option comes up 1st in the invoice. For some reason or other next day delivery keep coming up 1st and some of my customers are getting a little shirty. Plus some have bought and not noticed then given me a low drs for postage costs. Uptil this problem started I had always got 100% positive 5* for P+P. Any one now how to fix this or should I contact ebay about it?

It keeps happening to me as well, but then it seems to stop for a while before restarting.

Could you put a line in your listing stating these options eg. 'please select preferred postage option when paying: 2nd class FREE, 1st class £x.xx, Next Day £xx.xx' (kind of thing) then any buyers (providing they read the listing!!) realise there is a choice to select / double check when they pay.

Problem with that one is I ship world wide and would have to keep changing the add.
Most people seem to get it right tho.
And yes it runs ok for a while and goes all silly again
