I am New, some help please

Hi everyone,

I have just joined up today as I am in the process of making 2 PPI claims with Barclays and Welcome Finance.

I have one question, on my Welcome Finance loan agreement it says that a credit broker passed my loan on to them. The credit broker is Unsecured Credit Company PLC (MIDA).

Do I send my PPI to them or Welcome Finance? The problems is I cant seem to get a definate contact address for UCC?

    Hi there, give welcome a ring and ask for details of broker, they should provide you with this, then you can put your claim in to them.

    Thanks. I think I have found the company website, but it looks like they are called Aspire Finance now. On the website it says "Aspire Finance is a trading name of Unsecured Credit Company PLC" There office address is close to one of the Welcome Finance offices so I am pretty sure it's them.

    Its the ones that set up and arranged/sold you the account that you pursue, can see you have now sorted this, good luck on your reclaiming.
