Will we get a Business bank account

My partner and I have started a company however i have always had a fear of my credit report and i check it regulary.
I notice now that it is at 617 as i have one missed payment and one late payment. My partners score was 999.
We have applied at NatWest as i believe they do a foundation account which is all we need really.
Neither of us have CCJ's, IVA's etc etc
Any ideas guys?
Many Thanks

How long ago did you last miss a payment? Are you currently behind on any accounts as far as your credit report is concerned?
You'll want to ensure you wait atleast six months since you were last overdue on any accounts before applying elsewhere.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

By company do you mean Limited company?
Personally I don't think you will find too much bother with getting a business account - have you tried your main bank?0 -
Yes sorry i didn't make it clear, it is a Ltd company yes.
My credit report shows one currently late payment - this is my Halifax card, i completed a DD form but it has not started yet so now i am behind. I have paid it now striaght away. The other late payment was about 6 months ago.
My other half has late payments though and has a score of 999 so it doesn't make a lot of sense..0 -
Sorry, we bank with Nationwide and they do not have business accounts so we have had to look elsewhere and NatWest appear to be the best for low credit so i have read lately.0

Confirmed today that not only did we get the Natwest Business current account we got the all singing and all dancing one, our credit score was obviously good enough that we didn't even get referred for the foundation one.
So all good!0 -
