No love you won't fall completely to pieces.
You are 46 and maybe getting to the stage where you suddenly realise you can stand up for yourself and ask others for help.
Believe me.. when you reach 50 plus it comes naturally without feeling guilty

Do you mean medical help or help at home? I do have help in that I give partner and children that are at home jobs to do, but no one ever seems to offer much help or notice that I'm feeling low. The few friends I have make the right noises at times but when it comes down to it they're not really there for me. Feel very lonely most of the tim e.0
