18185 to mobiles

Can anyone tell me if call charges stated on the 18185.co.uk website include calls TO mobiles based in those countries(not UK mobiles visiting those countries). The list states fixed and mobile rates but I am presuming this is rates FROM fixed/mobile phones but I cant see any mention of calls TO mobiles.

You lost me there. All the costs shown are the cost of calls TO the stated destinations (e.g. 4p connection + 1½p/minute TO a Belgian landline and 4p connection + 15p/minute TO a Belgian mobile).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
