If you try to change any of your existing package it tell you when your current contract started, Unfortunately it does not give you contract end date, but if you know that you are on 12 month contract you can work it out.0 -
Your contract is open-ended. It is up to you to tell BT when you wish to terminate.
OTOH, if you mean where can you check where a minimum term condition has been met this will (usually) be 12 months from the last change, UNLESS a Free Weeknight Off Peak calls package, which will auto renew unless you cancel it giving 30 days notice in advance (to prevent it being re-imposed).0
