In car charger

The list below are phones and a camera I have and the details re the AC chargers;-

Can I use the DC car charger below for these items? If not is there any in car charger that can be used for a variety of items?

    Well it's not going to be man enough for your bluetooth or camera, but it will be fine for the rest.

    So the fact that the DC is 5.5V output makes no difference? The guy from Toshiba, (re camera), told me that I should not use it as the 10% increase in output was to much, bearing that in mind, would the out put from the DC, (both voltage and watts), not be to much for the Sagem and Nokia?

    What can happen if to much output is used as with a DC charger in hypothetical cases? and which, (if any), is more "dangerous", to much Voltage or to much Wattage?

    The following is from the Toshiba guy via e-mail;-

    " wouldn’t recommend using the charger due to the voltage increase. The Camcorder charger you have is rated at 5V and the universal car charger at 5.5V so a 10% increase cannot be recommended by Toshiba."
