CCJ Help

Sorry if the answer seems obvious but I'm not really sure :o

The quick version is my I stayed with my sister for for mths (Oct 2008-Jan 2009) gave her money to pay rent/CT and she didnt.
She didnt tell me about the arrears or subsequent letters. It went to court and Scott and Co seized money from my bank account for it which was what brought all of it to my attention.

What I want to know is Ive checked my credit rating and there is no CCJ showing, I assume I still have one tho?
Also, if I apply for credit as its not on the report will the people doing the crdeit search be made aware of it and see it?

I was hoping to move after my baby is born to a bigger house but of course this would affect a credit search by LL or LA :(

Why didnt you give the full details in your first post or show a link to your first post, I really dont see the point of you posting at all to be honest you got all the answers in your other thread.

Read your other thread again. and delete this one because you really are wasting peoples time.

Its not that I dont like your thread its that you have already posted exactly the same thread elsewhere and you are wasting peoples time,
and as for the dummy thing, well that was a very well thought out, articulated juvenile reply. Responses like that get you absolutely nowhere when other posters see it they wont even try to help.
    Grow up.

And for other people to 'thank you' for your post is beyond belief.
