    I use cash for my purchases so never have any credit card security issues

    In fact, it is not a good idea to always use cash.

    IMO Argos have always been very good whenever I have had to return a faulty product.

    I suppose it is store or staff specific though, if people experience problems.

    can only agree as I returned a faulty lamp last week that was bought nine months ago and I didn't have the receipt but as it was still available they gave me a new one no problem
    Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)
