    In a similar situation myself. Tenant v friendly and convincing, but after the 3rd bounced cheque I asked him to leave. Ran up £900. kept promising to pay, and perhaps he believed it, but never did.

    went to mcol, have got no reply from him and got a CCJ. no money tho!

    experience has made me less trusting of people, but i'm trying to get over this.

    all part of the fun.

    At least he will struggle to get cheap credit in the future, if not any credit.

    Good experience for me tho as i've learnt bout small claims court.
