    As has been said, you wont find many, if any modern cars with a centre lap belt. Maybe the odd city car, but certainly nothing larger.

    My 2003 Astra has three-point belts for all 5 seats. As others have stated, just about every car made in the last decade will. Not sure if this is mandatory now or just very widespread. There are a few cars (e.g. the previous model Ford KA) that have no centre seatbelt at all, ie they only seat 4 people.
  • My 2001 Peugeot 307 has three-point belts for all 5 seats. As others have stated, just about every car made in the last decade will.
