Another Santander !!!! up

Once again Santander have out done themselves,

Ok yesterday I made 3 faster payments,

1= £100 to myself in another bank account
1= £25 to pay a bill
1= £5 to pay a bill

Now I phoned up and made sure the guy did in faster payment not BACS which it usually goes. Anyway 10 mins later the money hadn't reached my other bank account so phoned to enquire, I was told they were updating computers and to leave it to after 8pm, 8pm came and went still nothing received so phoned back, aw we don't know what wrong sorry:mad: 10pm all 3 faster payments failed and returned, so I phoned up again to enquire why, I was told because of the computer update they didn't go through and that I could try again. So left it to this morning.

So did all 3 payments this morning, again faster payments, once again didn't arrive in my bank account so I assume the other 2 didn't go faster payment either so phoned up "Aw we are sorry they went BACS":mad: Yes I was mad but we haven't go to the best part yet.

Decided to check my bank account this evening, the 3 payments that failed last night, they decided to put them through again this evening after me already paying them this morning:mad: So I phoned up to enquire which bright spark decided to put these through again and no one could give me an answer, all I was told is there is nothing they can do as the payments have left my account and of course they went BACS again. I have bills due out of my Santander account Monday and because Santander decided to do my transfers again they will bounce and you know well this won't be Santanders fault.

It just keeps getting better and better with them doesn't it.

No doubt you'll be moving to an HSBC Group or Co-Operative group bank on Monday then?
