I have had my original postage refunded but am still waiting for the duplicate to be refunded, which they refused to do when informed that they had made an unauthorised transaction. Appalling service. I will not be using their internet ordering again.0

The refund has just been posted on my card account with a transaction date of 1st Mar, one week after they were supposed to refund. :mad:0
