Quick tip and a question....

Question first.....Ive just been looking though my bank statements online and have found, what i think are, all the charges that i can reclaim.
The bit im confused about is whether i can reclaim them or not, they are listed as 'Total charges' (which im pretty sure i can claim) and also 'Charges'. Can i claim both?
A little tip to help find these charges, use the search function in your browser when viewing them online. I missed 3 - 4 when scanning through them myself, but when i opened them up and used these search functions i found a few more!
For example, in Internet Explorer - Edit -> Find or Ctrl+F and then type in 'charges'
Just thought i'd post this as it helped me find another £60 worth of charges (well i hope theyre charges!)...

The only charges that you cannot claim for are 'account management' charges - the type where you pay, for example, £10 per month and you receive benefits like cheap insurance cover etc.
All other charges should be reclaimed.
Just make sure you are not duplicating any.0 -
I've been confused about 'charges' and 'total charges' in the same month too - they don't bear any resemblance to each other (HSBC). Couldn't possibly be the banks trying to pull a fast one, could it...!!!!!0
