Very bad service from Bench504, a paint company.

I made an order nearly three months ago with a company called bench504.com for a selection of spray paints and caps. The site seemed well made and I had no reason to think they were not genuine.

I spent over £50 in one order includimg £7.00 in delivery. The email stated that the paints would be delivered within the next 7 days. 7 days passed and no paints arrived. After many phone calls and ignored emails and messages sent through the contact form on their web site the paints finally arrived a month late. I was told lie after lie on the telephone suggesting different reasons for the slow delivery. These included the suggestion that they were waiting for a certain product to come in before they sent the package even though when it arrived this item was missing.

My dilemma is that I am still missing two items and it has now been three months since I made the order. I have continued to email and message but am still being ignored. I have emailed asking for my money back, it may only be £5.00 but thats not the point! I am now not sure what to do. I don't want them to keep my money but I am not sure what I can do as its such a small amount of money.

Anyone got any ideas?

Trading standards I would have thought would be your best bet now.
https://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk You can contact your local office by email through the site. I've got them involved with 2 companies I've been having problems getting my money back from and both times they have been so helpful and have got my cash back.

edited to say they were both online companies as well.
