Lloyds tsb Silver vantage account overdrawn

Good afternoon,
I have a Lloyds tsb silver vantage account with no overdraft facility.
Basically I have gone overdrawn by £6.62:mad:. I have checked my t&c and I have a £10 buffer that comes with my account. I rang LTSB Customer services this morning and they said I would'nt get charged a daily fee but I may have to pay £5.00 for entering an un-planned overdraft? Does anybody know if this is the case?:beer: Your answers would be appriciated. Thanks in advance.

How long have you been overdrawn & have you rectified the situation now?Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
All LTSB current accounts now have a £10 buffer.
You will only get charged the £5 if you exceed this amount.
