Natwest - GBP 2.35 charge

Just received what looks like a statement from Natwest informing me that they will charge me GBP 2.35 next month for unauthorised borrowing.
I never go overdrawn so I called them.
"Well Sir, that is odd. You haven't been overdrawn for years. I can't see a charge being made and you're the 10th person to call today this has happened to. I'll make sure you are not charged"
Needless to say, I'll be keeping an eye on my account next month.
