JSA stopped

Having recently moved, I had to transfer my claim from one JCP office to another. This morning, I received a letter from the JSA people saying that, due to a recent change, they cannot pay me JSA. The only change in circumstances is my address. Is this right?

It is just a standard letter generated by your change in address. You should shortly receive a letter confirming your new information.Gone ... or have I?0

I'm not so sure; the system would not issue a letter of disallowance unless someone has either input a change of circumstances resulting in a nil award (like moving in with a partner in full time work or with savings over the threshhold for JSAib), or has input a disallowance code-did you miss a signing day in the process of moving and transferring your claim?0
