Convert Word Doc to PDF File

Hi Guys

Can you help me? I have done a word document which needs to be sent out to my clients. However, I need to send it to them as a PDF or similar. I dont want them to be able to amend anything as it is a 'FYI' kinda document.

I thought about protecting the document but then from past experience people come back to me and say... Whats the code?? ... :mad:

I have tried the 'Save As' option, but unless i am really thick.. (Very likely), I can not find the .pdf option there. :doh:

Please help!!!

If you download and install cutepdf (which is free) then you can open the file, choose print, print to cutepdf. This will then prompt you and ask where you want to save the pdf file to.

Free and easy to use.

If you use openoffice instead of microsoft office it has a button to convert to pdf. Works for .doc .ppt and .xls files too.
