Ppi review letter from mbna

hi can anyone throw any light of the ppi review ie what claims are effectived by the review because i have recivced a letter from mbna sayning they are putting my complaint on hold untill the review is over

i took the loan out in oct 2005 with ppi over the phone and they mis-sold the ppi to me in so many differnt ways is this claim effiectived by the review or are they trying it on

Hope to hear something over the next month or so, my 2 are also still sitting with the bank, but going to see what happens before deciding the FOS direction.
