When I was just getting a quote for Daisy from AXA,they wanted her chip number so I dug out her paperwork & found the registration slip.Daisy was chipped on 22.09.09 & when I looked out her registration,it occured to me I had not received her certificate of insurance.
So I called them up,yes they had sent out the certificate but it had been returned to sender.Turns out the last digit of my postcode had been entered incorrectly as had my mobile phone number.
So the chap has sent me out a new one.also my mobile number is wrong however he cannot change it online,I have to fill in a form & return it.
Anyway,
I've just received Daisy's certificate & a tear off slip to correct the details that were entered incorrectly by either the vet or the database holders.
Cheek of it is they want £5.00 'administration fee' to cover the cost's of someone else's !!!! up!!(Which I'll have to pay as I don't want to take the chance of Daisy being removed from the register if I don't!)
