    I truly believe they are just taking a punt now! These Hi-vis chimps are probably getting commission, and just slapping them on anyone they fancy. If they pay up they get their £?

    Yes, he was the one who was boasting about winning that Exeter case where the disabled driver was too ill to attend court. He doesn't sound like a very nice person.
