in addition to expenses previously mentioned (ahem) I have now forked out £63 for groceries. That's the main shop of the month and the rest will be for minor purchases of bits of fresh veg etc. Expensive day though! That's it for the month, will have to budget tightly now ...

Not doing much sounds like the perfect medicine on some days ;) I am glad you are feeling better and the fighting spirit is back! You mustn't allow any bad feeling to take over - you are too much of a good thing for that!!!

That console deserves to be yours so I know you'll make it happen :) Just don't be too strict with yourself, I know what you are like! :rotfl:

... £45 GBP - grocery shopping and christmas presents - sounds alot but not for what i got.

Uneccessary spend £1.50p Chips in debehams underestimated time it would take me to get round town so was starving (was dying for a meal but they were £6) bought a drink in farm foods after 30p (not paying £ss for a drink in debehnams) and £1.50p on car parking - could have parked at work and walked in but feel really crappy with a cold so couldnt be bothered! thought i would only be in town 1 hour (2 1/2 in end) every penny unecessarily spent is another victory for lloyds bank (if over 250 gbp o.d i have to pay £15 per month).
