Hopefully just the bridge toll for me today... annoying but essential!

I will be getting a euromillions ticket... can't hurt to dream hey... but that'll come out of my money for nothing challenge pot :T

I've got lovely home made stew to eat before I'm off to work (shift is 6-10.15 so some stew should keep my tummy from rumbling!) and haven't been out the house yet so no spending!! :T

Have a good rest of the day everyone :)

    Morning all,

I think I am joining all the sick people, had a duvet day yesterday. I can't quite put my finger on what is wrong, it's just general blues and I feel very anti social (not me at all).
Going to the pub after work with some of my oldest friends (as in length of time knowing each other, I'm not going out with a bunch of grannies) as I think one of them has an announcement to make (engagement or baby I am sure- more expense- sigh!). We never usually go to the pub, usually just go to each other's houses. So, anyway, I am going to have to spend, my budget is £15 and that will include something to eat as I am going straight from work.

Hope you all have a good day!
Aw hun please get better soon. Your avitair is beautiful(have been meaning to sat that for ages!)

    Good Morning all!

Unfortunately its a rainy day here in Florida. Stormy all night. We probably will be at home all day and therefore will not spend anything. OH has just baked some chocolate chip sponge cakes and wants me to do some cleaning!

Hi Moozie - just got back in from the 'job treck' and am absolutely shattered - walked to town 2 miles and back - so am going to make a brew:beer:
The good news is that I did not spend anything:j :j
My eldest daughter bought me some tobacco, for helping her with freezer last week :T
Other good news is that there was an email from a Swiss Company that I have applied for a job with - at this stage, they want some more information 'before arranging interview' - a small step in right direction:D

Well I spent 95p on a drink but I got a free jacket potato with that courtesy of work (they only feed us four days a year :rotfl:)

And £1.90 on the bus from college, which was cheaper than £3.40 on parking in town.

So £2.85 but very DFW :D

  • No spend here today but has been the first day that I have done it through willpower. Have spent the last couple of months easily resisting buying things but today it was a struggle as I wanted to buy something...I don't even know what! I just felt the urge to look round the shops and get something! It was a very hard task to just walk past and get in the car, i can tell you.

Just as well I did though as had nothing in my purse so would have probably been a biggish spend using my debit card instead - safely home now though and urge has passed, phew!
