Windows XP taskbar at top of screen!

Options
Letting my 4 year old use paint has meant that he's somehow managed to flip the taskbar from the bottom to the top of the page! There doesn't seem to be an option on the control panel 'taskbar menu' to put it back to default. Can anyone explain please how i get it back? Thanks, RD

    You will kick yourself :)
Click the taskbar, hold the mouse down, and drag it to the bottom again.

You should just be able to drag it to position it at the top, bottom or sides of the screen. Just click and drag on a blank bit if the taskbar and keep draging to the bottom of the screen.
Never let it get you down... unless it really is as bad as it seems.

If he's that advanced at four, set him up his own limited user account so he can't screw up all your settings,

If you have a widescreen monitor/laptop, a useful tip is to move the taskbar to one side. This saves vertical screen space so your view is not too restricted by toolbars when browsing, using word processors etc.
