Cafe Tables

Hi Im very close to opening my new coffee shop/Fairtrade gift shop. Can anyone help me with where I can find suitable table and chairs please. I have lost my book where I put all my shop information! so I have to start from the beginning again which is time consuming.

Thank you for all your help. x

If you don't need access to replacements it might be worth taking the time seeing what you can get from administrators and their auctions or look for clearance places. So many cafes & restaurants close down and all the furniture has to go somewhere :)

nisbets. Also noticed that Ikea have a cafe furniture section on their website.
  • Try and speak to your local council and business link etc. They often know of larger companies that donate furniture etc when they are upgrading. Most councils will have a 'green' like scheme in order that business's can offload good items to smaller business's.

    Good Luck

I was watching some nice used cafe chairs on ebay recently (clear acrylic on a steel frame.) They had 350 of them (I needed three :D ) and were selling them at £18 each BIN or best offer. The listing has ended now but if you were interested they have a website (they need to be picked up from Harlow in Essex.)

Several of our local cafes make a 'feature' of using non-matching wooden tables and chairs which have been pre-loved. In one, some chairs are obviously from an old church, because they have the racks on the backs for hymn books.
