Thank you! I said i wouldnt offer more until we viewed the house again, so are going back this afternoon to see it. The estate agent has rang me every day this week to see if i have decided to up my offer yet!
So hopefully will leave it a bit longer and they will take 190!0 -
also arrange some other viewings with the EA and other EAs so they think you are also looking at an alternative as it may focus their mind on not losing the saleThank you!
