Saw the headline and 3 things went through my mind
1. Bet he's Jobless (and lo and behold he was!)
2. Where did he get the cash to carry out such an idiotic tattoo
3. How on earth is he going to EVER get employment even if he tried (which I doubt he will) in the futureWins 2015:-

I think that, in due course, it won't matter to us whether he can get a job or not. From 2013, if the Welfare Reform goes through, he will be given 3 chances to get a reasonable job - and I would think that would include anything where the public were not involved, or other people for that matter - cough - and then his benefits will stop.
The workshy should be seeing the light and preparing themselves to get jobs now - training for things, getting healthy and so on. This chap doesn't look very well at all (apart from the face markings).
I wonder if it will work....0 -
The tattoo looks like an improvement to me
Who needs to name & shame benefit wasters when they go out and brand themselves like that!!!!0 -
He'll be a real beauty in 20-30 years when the wrinkles draw in and his face starts sagging. On the bright-side he will save money at Halloween.A smile costs nothing, but gives a lot.It enriches those who receive it without making poorer those who give it.A smile takes only a moment, but the memory of it can last forever.0

Mad Dog Deon was on Jeremy Kyle this morning, for cheating etc says it all really doesn't it?
He was very arrogent to Jeremy and the audience, telling them it was art and his face etc. And he told Jeremy that at least he'd choosen his face unlike JK!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

He should register at Ugly Models Agency. Seriously, it's a real company http://www.ugly.org/ He could get work with them, there's loads of other tattooed people there too! None look like a skull though...0

I also thought of three things, which kind of respond to yours:
1) There's no mention of why he is jobless, whether he has just been made redundant, or whether he has been unemployed for some time
2) There's no mention of how much he paid, or whether he paid at all - it could have been done for free for him
3) Um...face for radio?
Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

I can hear his kids (paid for by us) asking their mothers "Why does Dad look like that"? How would you be able to answer?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
