Hi there
Really hope someone can help. Just bought the MSI Windows 7 netbook which says it's wireless enabled (b/g wireless?) Have been trying to connect to D-Link router with the help of Virgin Media as I have BB via cable modem with them & they've told me there is no wireless adapter installed on the netbook to make it wireless & I should take it back to Argos.
I have no clue about these things, he said I could have it hooked up to the wall but not wireless?
Really need it wireless!!
Thank you in advance
Emma

Have got the D-Link wireless router attached to your cable modem and set up?
AFAIK all MSI Netbooks are wireless enabled.
Have you enabled wireless on your netbook?
You may need to switch it on.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Sometimes there is a hardware AND a software switch to enable wireless. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Yes router is set up to modem. The guy at Virgin asked me to go to the network adapters bit and then said the wireless connection wasn't there so it wouldn't go wireless? I said it is wireless enabled but he just told me to take it back to Argos?!
How would I turn it on please?
Under network adapter it has Realtek PCIe FE Family Control but he said that wasn't it.0 -
