help!!!ticketmaster wrong confirmation

today i booked 4 tickets for adele at the civic hall wolverhampton but on on the confirmation email it stats ive brought 4 tickets for blackpool Empress Ballroom i know for absolute certain that i clicked wolverhampton as i was online with my friends looking over my shoulder as i did them, blackpool was not even an option given to me on the page i was on, ive tried getting in contact with ticketmaster but no chance of speaking to anyone what can i do?? am happy go blackpool but i need to no for certain where am going

Have you checked your receipt on your account? If you go into Ticketmaster you can review your purchase that should clarify where you've booked for.

Phone them- I'm not sure why you're saying you cant get through- I've never had any problems. I'm sure you can email them too. Phonelines tend to busiest first thing on Fridays as that is when most gigs go on sale- if you wait a few hours you should be able to get through to CS no problems.
