Concern about using visa card on forign websites

Hello all, im needing some clarity on what the charges are when paying for flights through a forign website/forign currency.

Reasons are that I'm about to head out australia but need to book internal flights for while I'm out there.

I want to buy the flights direct from quatas, but am not sure at what price I will be charged using a u.k barclays debit card, could anyone shed some more light on this?
Or any other option I may have.

So far I believe it will be 2%... Can't seem to get a straight answer, no surprise there.:rotfl:

There are two questions here - what will Qantas charge you on top of the fare in $oz (no idea but most large airlines don't charge for use of debit cards, only credit cards) and what will Barclays charge you - 2.99% exchange loading

From what I understand quantas charge A$30 for a international booking, even when using a debit card.
