I need to renew the photo portion of my driving licence. This is annoying since I paid for a new driving licence 2 years ago after losing my old one, but the one they sent out was only valid for 2 years. Anyhow, I need tor renew the photo on my photocard, and I was advised that if i have one of those fancy new biometric passports with the digital photo, then the DVLA can just use that photo. Is this the case?
I'm having difficulty downloading the D1 form and I was just hoping there was an easier way.
